Elevating Chekkit's website
to meet world class CRM brands

Chekkit is a Canadian CRM platform that helps businesses streamline client communication and scale their customer base through an efficient dashboard and app. Despite having a robust product and thousands of users, their digital presence was falling behind the industry standard.

The Challenge

Chekkit’s previous Webflow website had grown organically over the years into 100+ page website that was visually outdated and inconsistent. Chekkit’s marketing team felt their website lacked the premium feel expected from a top-tier CRM brand. They needed a fast and strategic design overhaul that could match global leaders like Klay, Intercom, and Attio.

The solution

We began by crafting a modern, scalable design system that could be applied consistently across a high-volume site. Starting with the homepage, we introduced a clean new visual language that positioned Chekkit as a serious, enterprise-grade CRM platform.

From there, we designed and built 20 core pages, each tailored to a specific feature segment of Chekkit’s advanced CRM software. We then created flexible CMS templates for case studies and blog posts—allowing Chekkit to automatically populate and reformat over 100 pieces of legacy content turned into fresh modern looking pages.

To bring the experience to life, we added custom micro animations throughout the site. These not only elevated the visual polish but were also instrumental in communicating key aspects of Chekkit’s product  in a simple and engaging way.

Results

  • Website website overhaul: 20+ pages redesigned and rebuilt in Webflow.

  • Unified visual identity: Modern design system applied across all pages.

  • 100+ CRM pages redesigned: Case studies and blogs templated to repurpose 100+ legacy pieces of content into modern looking pages matching the rest of the website.

  • Premium interactions and animations: Added for clarity, quality, and better customer interactivity.

  • Premium interactions and animations: Chekkit now visually competes with top CRM companies globally.

Lessons

Designing for scale is about more than just volume—it’s about clarity and cohesion. While its nice to quickly dive into fancy animations, its important to first consider the implications of those animations across the rest of the website. Will they fit or feel out of place? Can they be reliably replicated or reworked for new information?

This project pushed us to develop a visual system that could be applied with precision across 100+ pages while maintaining elegance and usability. We learned that when working with fast-growing SaaS companies like Chekkit, speed and structure must work hand in hand. Establishing a clear design language early on was critical to ensuring that every page—whether marketing, product, or content—felt unified and conversion-focused.
