How any requests can be made within the retainer?
There is no limit to requests. Requests will be tackled one by one and we'll get through as many tasks as we can within the retainer month.
How is work delivered for feedback?
Depending on the task, work is delivered in Figma and Trello. You can give feedback through whichever platform you prefer. Website work is delivered in either Webflow or Framer.
Can we work with existing designs?
Yes we can work with any existing designs, design system, or wireframes.
Can you outsource your agency work to us?
Certainly! If you have an agency and are looking to outsource some work, we would be happy to take that on.
What is the cancelation policy?
For retainers, you can cancel anytime you like. Your remaining days in your subscription will be saved for your later use if you choose to reactivate. Your unused time will expire after one year.
What if the benefit of a retainer?
With the option to pause your subscription, you can effectively use our services anytime your in need while pausing the service when you don't. This can result in massive savings for your business since your freed from the obligation of hiring a designer long term through a contract.
